About This Message
In The Big Fix Conference — Day 3, Pastor Dr. Paul Enenche teaches on leadership wisdom during the morning Leadership & Business Meeting of The Big Fix Conference.
Beginning from the counsel given to Rehoboam in 1 Kings 12:7, the message explores practical and Scripture-rooted principles for effective leadership across different spheres, including business, ministry, church leadership, corporate leadership, and other organizations.
The teaching identifies three major objectives that organizations seek to achieve: realizing organizational vision and goals, satisfying clients or those they are called to serve, and achieving optimal employee performance and output. Pastor Enenche then emphasizes that the management and treatment of the workforce is a critical factor affecting the climate and future of an organization.
This 39-page sermon eBook preserves the message in a reader-friendly format for pastors, business leaders, managers, ministry leaders, entrepreneurs, employers, and anyone seeking biblical principles for leading and developing people.

The Eleven Leadership Principles
1. Clearly define the vision, goals, and direction.
People need to understand the vision in order to run with it, commit to it, and know what they are expected to accomplish.
2. Communicate the difference you are out to make.
Leaders should clearly communicate the problem they are solving, the value they are adding, and why the organization’s work matters.
3. Raise people, never use them.
The message challenges leaders to make their association with an organization a source of growth and enhancement rather than exploitation.
4. Make the workmen happy.
Leaders should create an exciting and empowering work environment that is free from unnecessary toxicity, tension, strife, bitterness, and harassment.
5. Love the people genuinely.
Genuine care and love for the people who work with a leader can produce passionate service.
6. Care for their welfare and well-being.
Leaders are encouraged to notice the condition of their people and pay attention to their welfare and physical well-being.
7. Listen to their aspirations, concerns, and challenges.
Feedback is presented as an important part of leadership and a means of improving leadership capacity.
8. Respond promptly and appropriately.
Responding to feedback demonstrates that people matter and can help build trust between leaders and those they lead.
9. Let the people see a future.
People need structure, clear vision, and evidence that they have a future within the organization.
10. Be a servant leader.
Servant leadership involves humility, simplicity, modelling service, and serving people in practical ways.
11. Invest in the people.
Leaders are encouraged to invest in the training and development of their people, recognizing that what is put into people influences what they can produce.
The book concludes its teaching section with a concise summary of all eleven principles.
